Q: Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
There is Wi-Fi access that can be purchased through TelAlaska services.
Q: Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
Yes, but there is a $200 pet fee that is refundable if no damage occurs during the stay.
Q: What times are check-in and check-out?
Check in is anytime after 3 pm and check out is 11 am.
Q: Are rates per person, or are they per room?
Our rates are per room.
Q: Do I need a credit card to book and pay for my room?
Yes, we do require a credit card to secure any reservation.
Q: Which credit cards does the hotel accept?
We accept Amex, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Q: What if I forgot something in my room after I check out?
Our housekeepers will bring any item left behind to the front desk, if there is a phone number on your reservation, we will be glad to give you a call.
Q: Are there handicap accessible rooms in the hotel?
Yes, we have 1 room available.
Q: Are there hotel shuttles from the airport?
We do not offer this at the moment.
Q: Is parking offered outside the hotel?
Yes, there is free parking in front and in the back of the hotel.
Q: Is there a place that I can rent a car in town?
Yes, we have a rental service right in the hotel.
Q: Can I drive from Nome to Anchorage?
No, there is no road to drive to Anchorage. You also cannot drive on the ice during winter.
Q: How far can I drive on the out laying roads of Nome?
You can drive about 80 miles to the North, East and West.
Q: What kind of food is available while I stay?
Nome offers a variety of food that spans from burgers and sandwiches to pizza, to Asian food. The hotel carries menus of the local restaurants.
