Q: What is the minimum age to check in?
The minimum age at check-in is 21 years of age.
Q: Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
No Wi-Fi is offered at this time.
Q: Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
No pets are allowed except for service pets. Paperwork must be provided and there is a $200 service pet fee.
Q: What times are check-in and check-out?
Check in is 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m.
Q: Are rates per person, or are they per room?
Our rates are per room.
Q: Do I need a credit card to book and pay for my room?
Yes, we do require a credit card to secure any reservation.
Q: Which credit cards does the hotel accept?
We accept Amex, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Q: What if I forgot something in my room after I check out?
Guests sign Registration Cards at the time of check in stating we are not responsible for items left behind after checking out.
Q: Are there handicap accessible rooms in the hotel?
Yes, we have 2 rooms available.
Q: How to get to and from the airport?
Cab rides to and from the airport cost $13.
Q: Is parking offered outside the hotel?
Yes, there is free parking in front and in the back of the hotel.
Q: Is there a place that I can rent a car in town?
Yes, we have a rental service right in the hotel.
Q: Can I drive from Nome to Anchorage?
No, there is no road to drive to Anchorage. You also cannot drive on the ice during winter.
Q: How far can I drive on the out laying roads of Nome?
You can drive about 80 miles to the North, East and West.
Q: What kind of food is available while I stay?
